Dr Neil Sullivan has been in the biotechnology industry for 16 years, primarily as a business development and licensing specialist, but with several years of practical molecular and cell biology experience gained during the formative years of the industry.
	Louise Allcroft, MSc. Chief Operating Officer. Miss Louise Allcroft has extensive working knowledge and up to date technical experience of molecular biology, gained primarily in a clinical diagnostics and research background.
	Davinder Sangha. Marketing Manager. Oversees the production of all marketing material as well as web design and maintenance for Complement Genomics and all it's services.
	Rafiqul Hussain. Lab Manager. Responsible for DNA sequencing and genotyping.
